Does Google Sandbox New Domains For At Least 3 Weeks Or Longer?

The exact question was: Hi Guys, . . . . I don't want to sound like a broken record, but, I just want to say again, your Hump Day help is VERY much appreciated (smile) . . . . If I remember correctly, you've said in the past that you prefer to use a new domain instead of an aged domain to rank a local lead-gen site so you can control the name of the domain for seo purposes and for branding purposes . . . . . .
