Does Google Site Provide Easy Way To Access The HTML Code To Add iFrame Codes In The Header Section?

The exact question was: Hi Guys, you'll probably think this is a dumb question so forgive me for asking it (smile) . . . but I have never built a ""Google Site"" website before so I have no clue how different it is from a ""regular"" site and I was wondering about these 2 things . . .
